Mathias Lüthen contested the inaugural 2022 Prototype Cup Germany season for Mühlner Motorsport with Donar Munding in the Duqueine D08 #21. After the pair scored their first prototype podium at the Nürburgring, they won overall at the Lausitzring. It was Mühlner’s first victory in the series and the first Prototype Cup Germany win for a Duqueine D08. Lüthen and Munding finished third overall, while Lüthen also won the Trophy classification.
